The methodology adopted for Black Breeze involved an in depth analysis of current activewear trends and streetwear aesthetics. This approach allowed me to fuse these two distinct worlds while ensuring the products offered complementary usage.
Designed for the Downhill (DH) and Enduro segments, Black Breeze is a fictional apparel brand created to fuse traditional extreme sports gear with a contemporary urban aesthetic.
The name stems from a functional approach: it combines the technical difficulty of the terrain ('Black' for black runs) with the notion of flow ('Breeze'). Furthermore, the name evokes the speed and lightness inherent to these disciplines.

The visual identity is built on impactful typography, paired with Peregrine falcon iconography that illustrates the tagline 'Split the Air.
